  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available only after paying a ₹100 advance (shipping/confirmation fee).
  • COD orders will be processed only after receiving the advance payment.
  • The advance amount is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the customer.

  • Replacement can be claimed only if the product is:

  • Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests without video proof or after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  • All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval.
